WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIPPED?

 

All orders takes 3-5 days to process. All orders are shipped within 2-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. We apologize in advance for any shipping delays due to Covid-19

 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

Lavish Lifestyle’s Hair Extension, uses USPS as our shipping provider. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGED POLICY?

 

We don’t offer refunds on any of our products. But will gladly offer an exchange within (7) days of your delivery date. Please note that before any exchange we must receive the hair back in our possession to inspect and determine it’s quality. Product must be in original package, unworn conditions, free of make-up stains, free from odor with Tag intact, free of bleach/ dyed and/ or any other way that could possibly be tampered with are not eligible for an exchange. Please note that issue concerning length and color variation of the hair is not valid reasons for an exchange. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact defective.

 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

Yes, if you wish to cancel you have up to 48 hours to email us your order number from the time of your order to cancel. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays.

 

 

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU EXCEPT?

 

We except all major credit cards (Visa Master Card and American Express) PayPal and cash payment in store.

 

 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
